Group Classes
Classes are held at the Door County Fitness Studio.  Instructor Kelly Fagundes is a licensed PT and certified by the Titleist Performance Institute.

Pilates Stretches

GOLF FITNESS 

Golf fitness isn’t about looking like a bodybuilder or the best player on Tour. It’s about being fit to play the game at an individual’shighest level and doing so without causing injury.  This class focuses on exercises used by the Titleist Performance Institue, the world's most premier golf fitness organization.

BACK ON TRACK 

Focus on core strength, flexibility, and postural alignment to keep you on track for overall fitness. This class targets the abdominal, back and hip regions to improve stability and prevent injury. Classes promote general wellness and assist transition from rehab to community-based exercise programs. 

STRETCH ZONE

Get back to the basics of stretching and promoting relaxation for your whole body. Learn easy stretches to decrease aches, promote better posture and prevent injury. Stretch Zone is the perfect addition to your workout routine to achieve your optimal balance for wellness.

$10/class or discounted class packages are available and can be used for ANY class offered at Door County Fitness Studio (except Crossfit).
